Terms of Use

A simple, responsible way to find a time together

By using WhenPact, you agree to follow these rules. They may change as the service, applicable law, or operations evolve; the date below will reflect material updates.

Permitted use

You may use WhenPact to coordinate lawful meetings, activities, and gatherings. Make sure you have the right to share submitted content and only provide information that is necessary for scheduling.

Prohibited use

  • Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Do not collect unnecessary sensitive information or submit responses while impersonating someone else.
  • Do not automate bulk meeting creation, disrupt the service, or bypass security and rate limits.

Link and admin responsibility

Organizers must protect admin passwords and recovery codes and share participant links only with intended recipients. Participants must protect their private edit links. The service may be unable to distinguish authorized access after someone intentionally publishes or forwards a link.

Scheduling, time zones, and final confirmation

Candidate conversions, response summaries, and recommendations are coordination and decision aids only. Organizers and participants must independently verify the final date, time, reference and local time zones, daylight-saving adjustment, location, and meeting link. Calendar files and device displays should also be checked before invitations are sent or participants attend.

Service availability and data retention

The service is provided as available and may change, be delayed, or be interrupted by maintenance, networks, devices, browsers, third-party services, or other factors. Security and backup measures reduce risk but do not promise uninterrupted service, completely error-free conversion or display, or permanent retention or recovery of every record. Keep a separate confirmation record and essential contact details for important meetings. See the Privacy Notice for retention periods.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WhenPact is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from reliance on a recommendation or conversion, a missed meeting, a lost link or record, or a device or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, consumer rights provided by law, or any other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in advance.

Content handling and termination

To protect safety, comply with law, or maintain service stability, WhenPact may limit requests, remove prohibited content, or discontinue service. Meetings also expire and are deleted according to the Privacy Notice.

Reading these terms

See the Help notice for practical precautions. If one part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
